Using Email Blacklister
Usage is also equally simple. The Email Blacklister plugin can be configured at both the system and blog level. Emails blacklisted at the system level apply to all blogs across your system while at the blog level, the blacklist only applies to the current blog. First of all, you must first enable the plugin, which will cause a multi-line text field to appear. Enter the various emails you wish to blacklist separated with commas like so

By default, comments with a blacklisted email address are given a score of -10 (the largest negative score) in an attempt to ensure that the comment always unked. If you would like to change the score given to blacklisted email address, click the Adjust scoring link (as shown in the above screenshot) and enter your custom score.
